Always be gentle with your barbell when you are twisting on the balls, so that you do not accidentally strip the threading by over-tightening them. To sanitize the jewelry before insertion, please use only warm water and antibacterial soap. Make sure to dry the jewelry after sanitizing. Do not boil the jewelry or use rubbing alcohol or saline, because these methods can damage the finish.
