Simpson PGT2E-R50 Installation Overview
- Use all specified fasteners
- Install on vertical pipes, offsetting corners for correct rail alignment
- Use three to four PGTs per pipe, aligning to stringline
- Fasten PGT with one 1/4 in. hex-head bolt (supplied)
- Attach PGT to rails using four 1/4 in. x 1-1/2 in. Strong-Drive SDS screws or 1/4 in. lag screws
- Field bend PGT flanges to fit corner and angled conditions (bend one time only)
