- Your order will ship in approximately 4-6 weeks for the stands, and 2-4 days for the dust solution 5000.
- This product is considered special order. Your account will be charged when you place your order.

- Ships by Ground to the 48 contiguous states. Cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APOs, US Territories, Canada or other foreign countries.
Return Information
If you have a return issue, contact Woodcraft Supply customer service @ 1-800-535-4482 for return details. A full merchandise refund will be issued on any Rousseau product returned within 30 days. Returns of Rousseau manufacturer-shipped items beyond 30 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Customer responsible for return shipping.

Warranty Information
Rousseau offers a limited lifetime warranty... always, to the original purchaser on all products, except electrical and vacuum components, which are covered for one year from date of purchase. This warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship. In such cases we will repair or replace and ship the part or product at our discretion. Easily breakable coating/fur

I wanted to love this item but sadly my dog really messed up the coating/fur on these balls so easily, other than that great product but with her being a puppy I got these smaller ones for that reason and I’m absolutely scared of her destroying things and getting stomach issues, so it’s just not worth it to me.
