This high temperature, flame retardant wire is designed to use in switch control, relay and instrumentation panels of power switchgear. It is widely used for internal connection in rectifier equipment, motor starters and controllers. This wire has voltage rating (Uo U) of 450V 750V (UL, CSA), 600V 1KV (BS 6231) & 300V 500V, 450V 750V
The PP001265 from Pro Power is a single core, pink colour tri-rated flexible PVC equipment wire in 100m reel length. This high temperature, flame retardant wire is designed to use in switch control, relay and instrumentation panels of power switchgear. It is widely used for internal connection in rectifier equipment, motor starters and controllers. This wire has voltage rating (Uo/U) of 450V/750V (UL, CSA), 600V/1KV (BS 6231) & 300V/500V, 450V/750V (BS EN 50525-2-31). It is also referred as BS 6231 cable, H07V2-K or panel wire. This PVC equipment wire is made in accordance with BS EN 50525-2-31, BS 6231 type CK, UL 758, UL 1015, CSA C22.2 No. 210 (HD 21.7 S2) #LL246095 and BS EN/IEC 60332 standards.

- PVC (polyvinyl chloride) type TI3 insulation according to BS EN 50363 standard
- Temperature rating of 105�C (UL, CSA) and 90�C (BS 6231)
- Nominal cross sectional area is 1.5mm� and nominal thickness of insulation is 0.8mm
- Wire size of 16AWG
- Nominal overall diameter of 3.3mm
- Minimum bending radius of 6 x overall diameter

This sound deading material has a good thickness to it. It seems like the cab of the truck is cooler inside from the heat of the motor. It’s easy to install and easy to cut with a razor blade. The quality it’s an 8/10 the only complaint I have is the adhesion will stick to your fingers if you are touching it when you peel the backing paper off. It stick to the truck great tho. It covered the entire floor and back wall of a single cab truck.

Used it on HVAC ductwork did its job and stuck well

There was a lot of material in here for the money, so a decent value, I used it for some extra sound deadening on the ductwork in my house before finishing the basement, seems to help cut down the echoes coming through the ductwork. Overall the product was good had a few pieces where the sticky tore off the foam and stuck to the paper backing but all in all no complaints.

A worthwhile addition to just butyl itself.
Model: 197mil 31 sqft Car Sound Deadening Mat
I used this as a topper to butyl sound deadening material on the floor and side panels and am very pleased. It was generally easy to use. It is very sticky and cannot be easily repositioned as the foam will separate from the sticky side if you try, but its not a big deal. I have yet to run the car but the panels are much quieter when tapped on vs just the butyl alone, and this stuff weighs almost nothing.
