The SLAB TRANS HEAVY DUTY can be used as a complement to the SLIM CUTTER and KIT TC-125 cutting systems.


It is made up of a set of two extruded aluminum profiles, reinforced, retractable and adjustable from 165 to 320 cm, and two perpendicular crossbars that favor the robustness and stability of the entire assembly, especially when handling the heaviest pieces.

Thanks to the 6 vacuum suction cups, the installer can adjust the fixing points, ensuring the handling of the porcelain sheets.

For correct fixation of the system, we must check that the surface of the sheet is clean of dust or other debris.

The set has 4 handles (2 per guide) that can be adjusted and positioned along the entire length of the guide, facilitating and adapting the SLAB TRANS HEAVY DUTY to each moment and format.

The SLAB TRANS HEAVY DUTY conveyor has been designed, mainly, for the handling of ceramic sheets with thicknesses of 6 mm or more. These materials, in addition to posing a challenge due to their volume (surface area), are highly heavy, compared to the 3 or 5 mm sheets to which, until now, we were accustomed. The design of the aluminum profiles of the SLAB TRANS HEAVY DUTY give it a maximum load capacity of up to 140 kg.

It is important to note that this load capacity is total, so it cannot be exceeded in any case.

When talking about such high weights, and always taking into account that we must add the weight of the carrier itself to handling, consideration must be given to not exceeding the maximum one-person load. Therefore, in some cases, 3 or 4 operators will be necessary to enjoy safe handling.
