Holy Tortured Sidekick Batman!Poor little Robin, is there any other comic book sidekick who we love to see completely tortured and dominated? I don’t think so. Especially when played by the ripped and shredded Blake Starr!
We open on Robin, who has obviously lost his previous battle, knocked out and tied up in the ring. His beautiful body on display for all of us to enjoy.
Thud, thud, thud, we hear the entrance Of the Villain of Villains, the dark and dangerous Max Quivers. Quivers is known for deliciously dark tactics, and from his entrance we know that the little birdie in his lair is in for total destruction.
He goes straight for the kill, ripping Robin’s mask and revealing his super secret identity! Robin begs and pleads with his tormentor to let him go, but that only infuriates Max even more, and he uses his super serum to knock the Bird Boy out cold, rendering him totally helpless!
Quivers methodically and maliciously tortures the young hero! Taping his mouth shut and trapping him in a series of holds, each more devastating and embarrassing than the next. Max stomps the Bird Boys throat, then stretches him from beak to drumstick, and then destroys what little manhood is left between Robin’s beautiful legs.
What comes next is even more diabolical! Quivers traps his little Bird in the corner, tying him to the turnbuckle and delivers gigantic strikes to the beautiful chest, abs and legs of our poor Hero. A devastating full nelson is next, showcasing Robin’s beautiful body on display for all of our enjoyment.
The Villain strips our young hero of his gear, and shows him off like a prize turkey; then beats him down for good for trying to defy him. Racks! Wedgies! Sleepers!!
I think we might have seen the last of our ravishing Robin. I hope not, because is there anyone else we like seeing stretched beyond what his beautiful body can handle!? Stay tuned. Same Hard Heroes time! Same Hard Heroes Channel!

This is gonna be long, so bear with me.

First of all, I didn't receive the pictured item. I got the "Large" sized barbell chew, and the one pictured is the "mega monster" chew.
This review is for the "mega monster" chew which is what's pictured. I have an 80 pound, 1-year-old lab, and this has actually helped her calm her chewing anxieties. She's become less destructive, and a lot more calmer. She even listens now that her hyper-ness has dwindled down.
The chew I got was the one with the golden retriever- which is the large size. It's the exact same thing and the size I'm reviewing (the one that's pictured with the lab). The one with the 'golden retiever' is recommended for sizes 25-50 pounds. The one I needed (the one that is pictured) is for dogs 50 pounds and up, so it's perfect for my lab. (Are you with me still?)
Anyway, I didn't wanna go through the 'returning and waiting for my new product' process, and I didn't wanna risk getting the same wrong product again. So I just took it to my local pet store and exchanged it for what I wanted in the first place when I ordered this, and paid the difference, which was like 3 bucks.
SO, overall this the quality of this item is amazing! My lab is a strong chewer, and she's entertained herself with this product for long periods of time leaving barely a dent in it. I highly recommend it!

Excellent

I will purchase this again and again as long as it is made in the USA. I have bought this specific toy 3 times for one of my dogs. He still has all three of them. They are durable, long lasting and are not dangerous like some toys are if they start to come apart or after they’ve been chewed on for a while. With these chew toys, you can tell they’ve been chewed on but they don’t fall apart or come apart in large chunks. I watch my dogs with their toys and have had to take away other toys, even from Nylabone, because large pieces will come off or they will get too sharp where they’ve been chewed. Not this one. I’ll keep buying this one as long as it is USA-made. My dog has not damaged his teeth on this toy. I do get the wolf size which is good for dogs up to 50 pounds and he is 66 pounds.

Depending on dog size, you may want to adjust bone size

This bone is attractive to both my 60 lb dogs. They're more light to moderate chewers at best but I remember when my youngest was a puppy, these things would buy me quite a few hours of quiet time. We repeatedly bought the ring style- must have had at least 5 as she was a rather voracious chewer.
However, I don't mind replacing Nylabones one bit; they hold up well/can take A LOT of wear and make an excellent redirect for your bored puppy who ruined your favorite pair of shoes.
I went down a size and bought a medium; I find that both dogs (full sized male Australian Shepherd + female lab/doberman mix) have trouble carrying a large size due to weight and this one is perfect for them! I would previously buy large ones who would barely ever get touched. However, you also don't want to buy one that's too small, so it's a fine line when you've got a dog who is somewhat in a weight range borderline.
