DIRECTIONS & USE
Adults (13 years and over): Take 1 scoop, 1 to 2 times daily.
Children 6-12 years old: Take ½ a scoop, 1 to 2 times daily. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medication.

Laxative effect observed 12-24 hours after first dose, and may take 2-3 days.

Mix each scoop into 250 ml of water, fruit juice or similar aqueous beverage. Stir briskly and drink immediately.

Maintain adequate fluid intake daily.

For baking:
