Reproduction of Wild Horses III by Lisa Audit
Lisa Audit — "Wild Horses III" is a masterful example of contemporary watercolor painting that synthesizes the delicate lyricism of botanical illustration with the expressive freedom of animal portraiture. The work aligns with a modern revival of figurative art that eschews photorealism in favor of a painterly, atmospheric approach, echoing the influence of 20th-century impressionist traditions while embracing a distinctly contemporary sensibility. Compositionally, the piece employs an asymmetric balance, with the two horses positioned to create a dynamic yet harmonious visual flow across the canvas. The use of negative space is deliberate and expansive, allowing the viewer's eye to rest and absorb the subtle interplay between the figures and the surrounding flora. The color palette, dominated by soft grays and a restrained blush pink, is executed with a nuanced sensitivity to tone and value, creating a sense of luminosity that is both ethereal and grounded. The watercolor medium is utilized to its fullest potential, with translucent washes and soft edges that evoke the ephemeral quality of a fleeting moment in nature. Historically, the work situates itself within a lineage of artists who have sought to capture the spirit of the natural world through a lens of quiet contemplation, drawing from both the romantic tradition of equine art and the minimalist aesthetics of modern botanical studies. Its interpretive significance lies in its ability to evoke a profound sense of peace and connection to the natural world, inviting viewers to reflect on the delicate balance between wildness and domestication. For more art by Lisa Audit click here.

Great shoes but seem to run bigger than other styles of Saucony
Size: 4 Wide Big Kid, Color: Navy/Pink
We pretty much stick with one or two brands. I have a kiddo with wide feet, who recently wore out her size 3 wides (big kid) in another pair of Saucony shoes, but she was also right at the end of the shoe, so I went with a whole size up. She picked these. The size 4's are enormous, so we had to pick another style in a 3.5w, as these didn't have 1/2 sizes and will hold on to these for fall. I picked up another brand in 4W that actually fit really well now, but they are not as heavy duty as these. I'm hoping the next style in a 3.5 isn't too small. Love these shoes, but the sizing on them feels less and less predictable. Compared to most shoes I have always had to size down in these, but now even between styles in their brand.n

Great shoes
Size: 1 Little Kid, Color: Fuchsia, Size: 1 Little Kid, Color: Fuchsia
This is a review for Saucony unisex child cohesion FST (little kid/big) size 1. These shoes are good quality and all the stitching is on point. They fit true to size for my daughter and the Velcro snaps are convenient for a little ones. I like the color of these ones as it looks cute. They have been comfortable wear and we’ve been out for hours while wearing them. I think they’re fairly easy to keep clean. I just wipe them down with a damp cloth and they come clean easily. I think these are a fair value as well and if you’re looking for a basic pair of shoes for your little one, I would recommend them.

Great play sneaker for outside
Size: 1 Little Kid, Color: Fuchsia
These sneakers fit my daughter’s feet perfectly and she loves the color. I trust the Saucony brand as I’ve owned several pairs. They are well made and this pair is an excellent option for play sneakers. My kids are outside a lot and I need a sneaker that can handle running, climbing and occasionally getting wet. There is generous breathable mesh and the shoes dry quickly.
My daughter has slightly wider feet and these fit comfortably. I also appreciate that they are Velcro so can be put on or taken off quickly because we all know kids are impatient when it comes to playtime.

Great everyday sneaker
Size: 1 Little Kid, Color: Fuchsia
I bought these for my kid and honestly didn’t expect to like them as much as I do, but they’ve been great so far. They’re lightweight, easy to get on, look cute, fit well, and actually seem comfortable enough that there’s been zero complaining (which is saying a lot).
The grip on the bottom is solid, and they’ve held up really well with everyday wear, running around, playground, all of it. I also like that they’re breathable, so no sweaty feet at the end of the day.
They’re not the most “fancy” sneaker out there, but for the price, the quality feels really fair. If anything, I wish they came in even more color options because we’d probably buy another pair.
Overall, really good everyday shoe. If you just need something reliable, comfortable, and kid-proof, these definitely do the job.
