When purchasing a gift voucher from 3 Wise Crafters you will be asked:

1. The recipients email
2. The recipients name
3. A message for the recipient
4. Date and time for the voucher to be delivered

Once paid and finalised an email with redemption instructions will be sent to the recipient at the date and time of your choosing. The recipient does not need to print out or send the voucher in order to redeem.  Rather they will use a combination of voucher number and secret code to allocate this payment at checkout.  Voucher value does not need to be used all at once; any remaining balance will sit as an account credit for future use.

Please note if paying for gift vouchers by credit card please allow 24 hours for your payment to be allocated and gift voucher to be sent.   Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of issue.
