How to Use (For Best Results)

No baking foundation is needed. These molds are simple to use:

  1. Prep: Dust the mold well with flour or brush with a little oil.
  2. Press: Press your dough firmly into the mold to capture the intricate details.
  3. Release: Turn the mold over and tap it gently to release the shaped cookie.

Recipe: No-Spread Gingerbread

For the patterns to stay sharp, use a dough that doesn't rise too much.

Ingredients:
  • 100g Sugar
  • 165g Honey or Molasses
  • 1.5 tsp Ginger + 1 tsp Cinnamon + 1 tsp Cloves
  • 2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 125g Butter (Cubed, cold)
  • 1 Egg
  • 500-600g All Purpose Flour
Instructions:

Heat sugar, honey, and spices in a pot until sugar dissolves/boils. Remove from heat and stir in baking soda (it will foam). Add the cold butter and stir until melted. Add the egg and mix. Gradually add flour until you have a workable dough. Chill for 30 mins before pressing into molds. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 7-10 minutes.
