The Nike Air Max Plus Light Retro Blue is a running shoe from Nike’s Air Max Plus lineup in a "Light Retro Blue" colorway.

This Air Max Plus features a mesh upper dressed in Turquoise Blue that gradually deepens into Jet Black at the heel. The upper is adorned with the signature palm tree-like TPU overlays dressed in glossy black. Contrasting hits of white appear on the side Swooshes, which have a black outline. Other details include "Tn Air" branding at the heel and insoles, a Nike-branded tongue, and a turquoise blue padded mesh lining. The color scheme extends to the sole unit, which features the gradient finish on the shank plate and a Tuned Air cushioned midsole atop a rubber outsole.

As most medical students know, the best learning on clerkships comes from reading about clinical situations as they come up in real life. That said, its always helpful to have a brief introduction to the field before beginning a rotation and I thought this book had the breadth and focus on concepts to be a perfect introductory read since my medical school has little to no coverage of common MSK conditions in the curriculum. More depth can always be found on Orthobullets and in textbooks and the primary literature, but it's helpful to have a broad overview to start out.

It's also a good book for primary care residents and primary care mid-level providers who want to brush up on ortho.
