How to use:  1-2 times a day, 1 capsule after a meal with an appropriate amount of liquid. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A healthy lifestyle and balanced diet should be followed. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the ingredients of the preparation.
