How to use
To obtain the product's beneficial effects, measure 1 level scoop of powder (5 ml = 2 g of powder) and pour 100 ml of warm, boiled water over it, stirring constantly. Consume in the morning with a meal.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose (1 scoop = 2 g). A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are the basis for the proper functioning of the body. Supplements cannot replace a properly balanced diet.
Inside the package there is a plastic measuring cup with a capacity of 5 ml.

CAUTION!!! The product mixture is susceptible to clumping in case of prolonged contact with humid air or a damp measuring spoon.
This type of lumping can be avoided by always using a dry and clean measuring cup and exposing the product surface as briefly as possible when taking a portion.
