Factory second items are just that, items that have failed quality control in the factory, they are usually graded on the severity of the issue, the items found within our factory seconds section of the website are all of the highest grade, so what can you expect? As the items are factory packaged we don’t know what the individual issues will be, but as the highest grade we now to expect anything from damaged packaging or a very faint paint crack/scratch somewhere, up to a damaged corner or deeper crack/scratch to a panel and anything in between, more often than not, defects on items within this grade are insignificant but there is always a chance you will receive a item with the more noticeable defects, so please bare that in mind before purchasing, altho we are selling at 40% off the retail price so they are fantastic value as it is worth remembering the items are brand new, and packaged which does make them better than returns in a lot of ways, as usually returns are returned without or improperly packaged, which creates several minor issues, as factory seconds are new and factory packaged, most often it is one isolated defect.

PLEASE NOTE, Selecting one person courier at checkout means you will need to help at the delivery end on any item the delivery driver can not carry on their own, we do offer a two person service at checkout, the two person team will carry the item into your property with no help needed from your end.
