Recommended Dose: Adults and Adolescents (12 years and older): Take 2 softgels 2 times daily with meals or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

Medicinal Ingredients: Each softgel contains:
Fish Oil (Anchovy and Sardine) 1166.4 mg
Yielding
EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) 220 mg
DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid)  160 mg

However, it’s not see through when wearing it. It’ll be perfect in cooler weather and perfect in the winter with a coat but won’t cause me to overheat when in a heated environment.
