The 1-5/8" Flexcut Pro Carving Knife features a versatile full flat grind sheepsfoot blade in precision heat-treated 1095 steel, polished to a brilliant mirror finish. This knife is great for all-around carving work. Its slim profile and detail tip allow the medium blade length to provide enough reach for tough cuts while maintaining full control.
The Pro Series is Flexcut’s most precise and durable carving tips yet. Every knife in the collection features a larger clearance between the choil and heel of the cutting edge so you will have a more consistent stropping experience keeping you sharper for longer.
The premium unvarnished Cherry handle has flat sidewalls, bold facets and curves in just the right places making the knife an absolute pleasure to hold. The bulk under the blade has been removed to eliminate interferences on tight cuts, and they added an index finger swell over the spine for extra power and superior control.

Extreme chewer

The dog loves them. Not the freshest smelling thing, but she gets through them so quickly it doesn’t really matter. She is an extreme chewer. They’re a good size. I think the price is fine. She weighs about 12 pounds. I know this is a lot of random information, but it can help you make a decision on whether to purchase or not. I would recommend them.
