Made from all natural ingredients, Mofo Deluxe Premium is ultra-dark, Ghanaian , Peruvian and Dominican Republic cocoa powder sweetened with Australian-certified Organic Coconut Blossom Sugar from Bali. 

Gluten-free and plant-powered vegan, this heart warming drink is worry free. No preservatives, artificial colours or added salt.

Produced from the tropical coconut palm blossoms grown in Bali, it is not only great for your health but also has a delightfully luxurious, toffee flavour which complements the cocoa perfectly. 

Why coconut blossom sugar and not normal sugar? 
1. It contains trace amounts of nutrients: Potassium, Magnesium, Iron, Zinc
2.Naturally contains inulin, a type of soluble prebiotic fiber that may slow the absorption of glucose slightly and feed beneficial gut bacteria
3. Because of this fiber, coconut sugar has a lower glycemic index (GI) than regular sugar and is less likely to cause sudden blood sugar spikes.

Store in a cool, dry place.

1. Espresso Machine Instructions for the best cocoa drink:

Makes two 236ml cups

1) Pour 250ml of fresh cold milk into a jug, and then add 2 tablespoons (40g) of MOFO DELUXE
2) Steam the mixture to 68°C. This blends the cocoa and thickens it up.
3) Garnish with cocoa powder or chocolate flakes

!! Please do not premix the cocoa with water into a paste for the best testing cocoa !!

2. For non-Espresso machine users 

1) Pour 250ml fresh cold milk into stove pot or gooseneck kettle 
2) Mix 2 tablespoons (40g) of MOFO DELUXE to milk
3) Stir mixture to prevent the bottom from burning until you reach 68°C
4) Use a portable milk frother to froth cocoa mixture OR use a french press to pump the milk till you get your desired silky texture
