REDBREAST LUSTAU EDITION SINGLE POT STILL IRISH WHISKEY
The new Redbreast is a permanent addition to its range of Single Pot Still Irish Whiskeys. Initially aged for nine to twelve years in a combination of former Bourbon barrels and barrels which previously held Oloroso Sherry, Redbreast Lustau Edition spends an additional year in Spanish oak barrels seasoned with Lustau Oloroso. This further step provides a unique personality, marked by notes of red fruit, prunes, marzipan, a creamy mouthfeel and a long, sweet finish.

REDBREAST 15-YEAR-OLD SINGLE POT STILL IRISH WHISKEY
Oak-led nose, with dry woody spice, backed up by floral notes and glacé cherry hints. Rich and fruity body, with heavy oaky spice, fruitcake and sultanas.Bready, red currents, allspice, grape skins.A little oaky on the nose with some dried white fruits and varnish. Fruitier on the palate but the oak is still prevalent. Vanilla comes through on the finish, but the oak is still forwar.

Redbreast is a 12-year-old a single aged pure pot-stilled whiskey that's been triple distilled in traditional copper pot stills from malted and unmalted barley mashes.The aroma of Redbreast is woody, with mature fruits and cloves, while the palate exhibits a layer of flavours, including creaminess - even a hint of ginger cake! The length is satisfyingly prolonged.
