Extracted from specially selected microalgae that naturally produce pure DHA and EPA, this algae-based source of omega-3 has no fishy smell or aftertaste. It is an excellent vegetarian and vegan alternative to fish oil supplements.
DHA supports healthy eyes, vision, and brain function and is vital for healthy eye and brain development in children. It also promotes cardiovascular health and cognitive function.
While the body can convert some shorter-chain omega-3 essential fatty acids (EFAs) to DHA and EPA, only a small amount is converted. As a result, obtaining these fatty acids through supplementation is often recommended. Marine DHA contains 295 mg of omega-3s per softgel. Unlike plant-sourced omega-3s, algae-sourced omega-3s do not require conversion and are more easily used by the body. Marine DHA Vegan Omega-3 is guaranteed to be free of ocean-born contaminants, including heavy metals, pesticides, and other environmental pollutants.

You have 2 sides to it. One that is rougher and exfoliates wonderful and the other side for gentle use. I like to use the rougher side, scrub down then do it again with the gentler side. It’s a win/win. Highly recommend!💯

Soft and durable side and very robust exfoliating side really works

Super absorbent, and the scrubbing side isn't too rough. I use these first thing in the morning to wash my face and wipe the sleep from my eyes, and the microfiber side of the washcloth is very soft. I highly recommend!

Very cute
Format: Board book
These little books are honestly way cuter than I expected. My kid grabbed them right away and the tiny size makes it easy for her to flip through on her own. The colors and pics are simple but really fun, and the English/Spanish words are actually helpful. They feel pretty sturdy but I can see a super teething baby maybe doing some damage lol. Overall just a really sweet little set, great for quick learning moments or tossing in the diaper bag.

A great set, well written would make a great gift too

These are really cute! It is a great way for a child to learn English OR Spanish. The way it is written and flows it could be used either way. The illustrations are very nice. My 4 year old daughter had me read all 3 twice in a row. At the end of each story they break down the pronunciations which was super helpful as well! No complaints and a good purchase.
