Originally developed as part of our outerwear concept range, the Victus jacket was a bold experiment in fit and finish. While the silhouette didn’t meet our final collection standards, it remains a standout in both style and craftsmanship.

Crafted from supple grey leather with a hand-distressed finish, this piece offers a worn-in, vintage aesthetic straight out of the box. The exaggerated elastic hem and cuffs add a bold, streetwear-infused edge to its otherwise classic bomber silhouette.

Yes, I know what the label says. “European Car Formula.” Yes, I put it in a 2002 Subaru WRX bugeye with an EJ257 block and EJ205 heads. And yes—this oil absolutely slaps. After switching to Mobil 1 0W-40, cold starts are smoother, oil pressure is rock solid, and the motor just feels happier. No weird noises, no drama, no oil consumption surprises. The viscosity is perfect for a performance Subaru build, especially if you’re running tighter tolerances or want strong protection under heat and load. It’s thick enough when hot, flows great when cold, and inspires confidence every time I turn the key. Is it technically “European”? Sure. Does my Subaru care? Not even a little. If you’re running a built engine, turbo setup, or just want a proven, high-quality oil that punches above its weight, this stuff earns its reputation. My bugeye may not be European, but it’s living its best life on this oil. Would absolutely buy again—passport not required.
