Non-medicinal Ingredients

Suggested Use
Adults: Take 1 scoop 1–2 times per day, 2–4 hours prior to exercise. Start with a loading phase of 2 scoops per day for a minimum of 4 weeks and follow with a maintenance phase (1 scoop/day). Mix 1 scoop of product in 200 mL of cool water before consumption; it may take 1–2 minutes for the powder to fully dissolve. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks.
