SIZE - the size brackets refer to the overall width of the name. The height will vary depending on the name and font chosen. We will always go the largest width in the bracket unless you otherwise specify. For example, if you choose the 301-600mm wide bracket and the name "Amy" we will make the width 600mm wide.
CUSTOM LISTINGS: when you purchase a custom listing, please leave your custom text as a note at checkout. We will select the fonts we feel suit, however if you have a specific font you like please email a photo and we will use something as close as possible.
TURN AROUND: All items are made to order in our workshop and we like to allow 2-3 weeks for production (plus delivery time). Please email if you require something urgently. Special occasion (Christmas) items can have up to a 4 week turn around time due to the high volume of orders.
POSTAGE & HANDLING: We send your jobs via regular post or courier. If you require express delivery please email us so that we can send a custom order to cover the extra charges.
ARTWORK: We will send a proof of all custom orders prior to beginning, once approved we will make your job. We will not take responsibility for errors once the artwork has been approved. Please review your proof carefully to avoid and issues.
OTHER: Please keep out of reach of children. They are for looking at only and should be placed far enough away from your child that they cannot grab them.
