Often painted white, a color the Kwele associate with Light and Clarity the "Ekuk" are portrayed as possessing the Clairvoyance necessary to Fight Witchcraft.
- This Ram, or "Bata," Mask is an example of the boldly designed reductive stylization of a highly inventive Kwele sculptor. The slitted almond-shaped eyes are set in a concave diamond face within a recessed heart-shaped frame. The face is whitened with kaolin and framed by the curved arcs of a pair of animal horns that emerge from the crown of the head and meet at the base of the chin. Working with a seemingly flat representation, the artist has skillfully drawn upon the use of alternating negative and positive spaces and faceted surfaces.
- In Kwele villages, Rituals known as "Beete" are enacted at Times of Crisis in order to mobilize the Powers of the Ancestors. The skulls of important deceased Family Members are preserved to combat the Negative Forces that threatened to destroy a Community with famine, disease, or war. "Beete" is a multiple-day festivity, which culminates in the Communal consumption of a medicinal stew, which has been activated by the "heat" of the dancing and singing of the "Ekuk" Masks and Villagers.

great for what im doing. maybe not as good in a vehicle though

decent product. not as thick as typical sound deadening but definitely cheaper. and for my application, i didnt need a name brand thicker material. i am putting it on our heat and ac vent and intake pipes during our remodel. sound travels from room to room in our old house through these vents and pipes so a little sound deadening goes a long way

Buy the individual cross cut sheets, not these rolls.
Size: 36 sqft
I ordered two different types, individually cross cut foil rectangular pieces and these rolls both containing 36. sq. ft. The cross cut sheet blows this away. This stuff is much thinner, much less butyl rubber, much flimsier foil, and needs twice as much to have the same effect. Once you put it on, you cant remove it. The other brand's 2mm is much thicker than this.

Excellent product high quality.

This stuff definitely suprised how easy it was to work with.
Not to mention it sticks very well. Don't put it on anything you may need to get back into. It will take the paint off of a service area. I have a 2018 dodge durango. I just had a aftermarket audio sytem installed. It was rattling so bad it was driving me crazy. I seen this stuff and decided to give it a try.
Its a night and day difference no moore rattling. I box will be enough to do my back gate and all front and rear doors also. For the price you honestly can not beat it. If your on the fence about trying it don't be. You definitely won't regret getting it. Its worth every penny. You don't realize how much something rattling in your vehicle robs you of spund quality. Glad I made the decision. Now off to the other 4 doors. ,and then the roof. One of the things I really like was the fact it has multiple line to help you make even better cuts. Definitely will buy a gen.

Affordable, Clean and does the job.

I consumed about 90% of this box doing all doors and the tailgate on a 2000 tahoe. I applied it very liberally inside every door (exteror) panel. We then added an almost equal amount of deadening/absorbing/decoupling foam to the other side of the door (panel side). If you know how many rattles a circa 2000 tahoe GMT800 can have by now, you can appreciate why I added this as a "must" if i were to put some money back into this vehicle. Best sub $150 spent on this mini resto so far, right next to tint.
Good quality. Not to thick or thin. Good sized sheets. Seamed to deaden as good as another slightly thicker material i recently used in my F250. My box was delivered with no issues of melting or anything funky. Clean, no major smell before or after and easy to work with. Maybe buy a roller set and wear gloves. Save your hands if your doing inside of panels. Good buy. Will buy more for future projects.
