What is SLU-PP-332?

SLU-PP-332 is a synthetic, non-peptide, small molecule agonist of estrogen-related receptors (ERRs). There are three isoforms of ERR (α, β and γ). SLU-PP-332 binds to all three but binds most avidly to the α isoform.

Description

SLU-PP-332 is mainly used either to enhance exercise performance or for metabolic optimisation. It is one of a growing number of exercise mimetic compounds that can produce the beneficial effects of exercise without an increase in physical activity. SLU-PP-332 increases training performance, speed, strength and endurance. It improves recovery from exercise. It can be used to help with weight control, metabolic syndrome or control of type 2 diabetes. Other uses include sarcopenia in the elderly, chronic fatigue and to improve cardiac function in patients with heart failure. SLU-PP-332 has been considered for use to prevent neurodegeneration and as a cognitive enhancer. However, it has limited ability to cross the blood-brain barrier. It works better if used along with a suitable diet and exercise regimen.

Dosage: 2 capsules daily 30 minutes before first food in the morning, an additional dose can be taken before training.

Content and Potency 250mcg/ 100 capsules 

SLU-PP-332 is taken by mouth, usually twice daily. It should be taken on an empty stomach at least 30 minutes before food. If used for metabolic optimisation, a cycle of up to 12 weeks is reasonable and this can be repeated two or three times a year. An additional dose can be used 30 minutes before exercise to improve training performance. Daily doses of up to 800  mcg are considered safe, usually split between morning and afternoon. If being used to enhance training performance, SLU-PP-332 can be taken only on exercise days.
