Delrin Platter

The Takumi TT level 3.1 comes with a precisely machined Delrin platter. Delrin is the material of choice for multiple reasons. The material properties of Delrin and Vinyl records are very similar, resulting in near perfect coupling and therefore minimizing mechanical vibrations. Furthermore, the density of Delrin is higher than that of Acrylic, increasing the mass of the platter, which increases speed stability thereby reducing wow and flutter. Finally, the elegant look of the Delrin platter is the “cherry on the cake” for the level 3.1.

Solidwood

The level 3.1 plinth is constructed from carefully selected solid wood enclosed by two Acrylic layers. The top layer is mechanically decoupled to reduce possible vibrations. Wood options are Beech or Walnut.

Integrated Armlift

Both controls, speed and tonearm lift, are located at the front right corner, a typical 70’s configuration. One lever is for speed selection, 33,33 or 45 RPM. The other lever is for the arm lift. The tonearm rest and the damped tonearm lift are integrated with each other. The result is a clean, minimal design, without compromising the ease of use. The height of the tonearm rest can be adjusted to match the VTA of the tonearm, allowing all lines to remain straight and even.

*The final layout of the controls illustrated here may differ slightly from the production model.

Precision Where It Counts — The Tonearm and Cable

The tonearm is one of the most critical components of any turntable. It must be both extremely rigid and completely free-moving. Any unwanted flex, resonance, or friction directly affects sound quality. The Takumi level 2.1DC tonearm is designed to avoid these issues through careful material choices and mechanical precision.

The armtube is made from thin-walled titanium. This material combines high stiffness with low mass, allowing the cartridge to track accurately while efficiently guiding vibrations away from the cartridge body toward the bearing block — where they are safely absorbed.

The headshell is fixed, not detachable. This design eliminates extra contact points and solder joints, which can introduce resistance, signal loss, or mechanical play. The result is a cleaner electrical path and greater mechanical stability — helping preserve channel separation and detail.

The tonearm uses a full cardanic bearing system, with preloaded radial bearings for near-zero play and extremely low friction. This allows the cartridge to move freely, even with demanding pressings or subtle groove modulations.

The tonearm offers full adjustability for optimal setup:

  • Vertical Tracking Angle (VTA) via a three-point base system
  • Azimuth adjustment at the headshell
  • Anti-skating via a frictionless magnetic system
  • Armlift height via set screws

These features ensure precise tracking, accurate channel balance, and faithful sound — with no added coloration from the arm itself.

Keeping the Signal Clean — The Phono Cable

The signal from a phono cartridge is extremely small and sensitive. Any disturbance in this part of the system can affect sound quality. That’s why the Takumi level 2.1DC uses a fixed phono cable, directly connected to the internal tonearm wiring — with no connectors or additional solder points at the arm base. The cable is 120 cm long, fully shielded, and equipped with a dual ground system. It uses highquality conductors optimized for low capacitance and low resistance. This helps prevent electromagnetic interference and reduces the chance of hum — especially important in complex, high-resolution audio setups.

By treating the electrical path with the same attention as the mechanical parts, the Takumi level 2.1DC ensures that the signal stays as pure as possible — from stylus to phono stage.

Cute Omegaverse story
Format: Kindle
3.75 stars and 2 for spice. Adorable Omegaverse story about a wedding planner who has to go to a small town to plan a wedding for a movie star. While there, she meets her pack. This covers her struggles of not living there but trying to keep her relationship going with her 3 Alphas. It's a quick read and cute, so I recommend it for people who like light-hearted RH stories.

real good
Format: Kindle
This was a solid read for the ABO universe. The characters are great. The smut scenes were well written. And the town is so cute I want to go there. It didn’t have much character development it just felt like I was getting to the characters as they were getting to know each other.

So sweet
Format: Kindle
It’s so unexpectedly sweet that it sneaks up on you. Each character is so unique and charming. I love the openness and honesty among their pack. It really blows me away how wonderful this omegaverse trope plays out. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Needs editing

Cute storyline and promising characters, but the lack of editing is painful to read. I would love to read an edited version.

Fantastic writing and non-stop action
Format: Kindle
This is a promising, fantastic beginning to what will be a 4-book series. Some readers may be content to read only the first 2 books, but I think you'll find that the story is so good that you'll want to keep reading books 3 and 4. Book 1 is about omega Elvana's introduction to the "Starling" brothers and their search for another missing person, Kelly. It's a bit of a rocky start, with deception and betrayal a key element. Hardly an auspicious beginning. Each member has their own path and purpose in the pack. Their interactions and the resulting narrative are so well-written that I found it difficult to put down. There is a cliffhanger that will have you reaching for book 2 as you finish, so make sure you have it on hand.
