As the U.S. Patent states, Zadiol is a composition of natural high-quality and potency Swiss Red Clover extract (Trifolium pratense) that includes isoflavones (formononetin, biochanin A, genistein, and diadzein), Mucuna Pruriens, and Alpha-lipoic Acid in critical patented ratios to promote the shift in the human steroidal hormone cascade away from cortisone and aldosterone, and toward adiols, estradiol, and testosterone; which can have a profound beneficial effect on the steroidal pathway. These isoflavones are also anti-inflammatory and tend to couple to the same receptor sites and anti-inflammatory hormones in the cascade, thereby reducing the need for endogenous biosynthesis and allowing a shift in hormonal synthesis away from these hormones toward the lower end of the steroidal cascade.  Phytoestrogens are trace biochemicals produced by plants that act like estrogens in cells and bodies. They have structures that are very similar to endogen estradiol derived from plants. Essentially, they are plant hormones. These healthy beneficial chemical compounds naturally occur in plants and have weak estrogenic properties when compared to estrogens that are produced in the human body. Phytoestrogens are not the same as estrogens, although they are similar because of the receptor affinity to bind beta estrogen receptors in the body.

Isoflavones are considered powerful anti-oxidant compounds that reduce damage due to oxygen and free radicals. The harmful activities of free radicals are associated with damage to membranes, enzymes, and DNA. The ability of antioxidants to destroy free radicals protects the structural integrity of cells and tissues, which is important in maintaining a strong immune system.

People suffering from a large number of diseases experience chronic psychological stress that disrupts normal metabolic, hormonal, and steroidal processes – and, in turn, their lives. Post-traumatic stress disorder, schizophrenia, bipolar disease, and many other chronic conditions have a wide range of underlying causes and impact dramatically different populations. However, each is accompanied by an identifiable stress response in the human steroidal hormonal cascade.

Testing
When companies manufacture supplements, they are required to perform one random test each year. We test every batch of Zadiol four times.

Test #1 • The accuracy of the Certificate of Analysis for the raw materials when they are received in our U.S. manufacturing facility.

Test #2 • After production, the tablets are tested to ensure nothing was introduced during manufacturing and that the manufacturer precisely matched the formula.

Test #3 • Samples from every batch are sent to Switzerland for testing.

Test #4 • Samples from every batch are sent to a third-party lab in the United States.
