The Natural Cotton w/Wool Wrap Mattress is an innerspring mattress construction featuring layers made with pristine organic cotton wrapped in all natural French Wool, covered in a soft brushed canvas fabric made with organic cotton, and artisan hand tufted to secure the filling materials in place and provide orthopedic support.

Royal Pedic Mattress has been handcrafting mattresses made with organic cotton since 1988. The Natural Cotton w/Wool Wrap Mattress is one of our most firm mattresses, and is especially comfortable with one of our 2″, 3″, or 4″ Natural Pillowtop Pads creating a synergy of orthopedic firm mattress support combined with the surface plushness of the pillowtop pad.

The Natural Cotton w/Wool Wrap Mattress features our Swiss designed, and USA made Royal-Flex 650i innerspring unit. The spring system is double heat tempered to resist sag, and provide longevity. The coils are an open ended, double offset design with 6 turn wire to provide more flexibility to body contours. And we mount T-Spring side supports to the perimeter border wire of the spring unit to provide edge to edge sleeping comfort and support.

The mattress is artisan hand tufted with European tufting straps to pre-compress the layers of padding for orthopedic back support, and to prevent shifting of materials for a consistent sleep surface.

The Natural Cotton w/Wool Wrap Box Spring features our H-2 box spring unit providing flexible, yet supportive modules serving as extra layer of suspension for added comfort. The box spring’s upholstery is made with organic cotton wrapped in our French Wool. Even the undercloth on the bottom of the box spring is fabric made with organic cotton.

• Brushed Canvas Covering Made with Organic Cotton: The brushed canvas covering of the mattress and box springs is made with organic cotton to ventilate body heat to sleep more comfortably. The fabric is brushed to provide a softer feel, and is woven on precision computerized looms to exacting and consistent specifications.
• Artisan Hand Tufting: Tufting pre-compresses the layers for orthopedic back support, and to minimize body impressions. Royal Pedic Mattress has been hand tufting its mattresses since 1946. Real hand tufting with a long needle and British tufting straps is a hallmark of a hand crafted mattress.
• All Natural French Wool Wrap: Surrounding the inner layers of padding is a protective layer of French wool, which acts as an all natural fire barrier, as well as helping to ventilate body heat and maintain a dry sleeping environment. The French wool is washed in baking soda and water without any chemicals, and the sheep free graze on open plains and hillsides in France.
• Border Quilted with All Natural French Wool: Quilted to the vertical sidewall of the mattress is our French wool stitched to the fabric made with organic cotton, and with vents allowing body heat to escape.
• Pristine Long Fiber Layers Made with Organic Cotton: The layers made with organic cotton that we use is grown in Arizona and Texas, and is of the highest grade. The cotton is converted into beautiful snowy white layers, pre-compressed, and when crafting the mattress, we skillfully hand layer in the cotton, and then tuft the mattress to provide stability and consistent support. Cotton has been a friend to mankind for thousands of years. Cotton is natural, hypoallergenic, and breathes to ventilate body heat, so you can sleep more comfortably.
• Quilted Support Layer Made with Organic Cotton: Specially quilted into a dense support pad are layers made with organic cotton to rest on top of the innerspring unit to prevent the above layers from pocketing into the springs for proper orthopedic support.
• Royal Flex 650i Innerspring Unit: Precision Engineered in Switzerland, and made in the USA, our Royal-Flex mattress innerspring system is double heat tempered to provide lasting and consistent support. The Royal Flex features a double offset coil design with open ended unknotted 6-turn coils to provide greater sensitivity to body contours, and overall support. And made with upcycled steel to provide less impact on the environment.
• T-Spring Side Supports: T-Spring Side Supports are connected by hand equidistant around the perimeter of the Royal-Flex innerspring unit to heavy duty border wire for side to side sleeping comfort and support.
• Two Sided Construction for Longevity:
  • Royal Pedic Mattress mattresses are built with an equal amount of materials on each side of the mattress, so you can turn the mattress over and sleep on the other side.
  • Double Sided mattresses can enhance longevity. Mattresses that are no-flip designs, are only built with padding on one side, so you can’t flip it over.
• H-2 Box Spring: Royal Pedic Mattress’s H-2 Box Spring features modular supports throughout the box spring unit to provide an extra layer of suspension for enhanced overall comfort. Upholstered with the fabric and layers made with organic cotton. Even the underside fabric cloth of the box spring is made with organic cotton. Many box springs these days are actually foundations which do not have any give, or slats spread too far apart with large gaps which may affect back support and wear of the mattress.
• Natural 2″ Pillowtop Pad: A great choice for those that want to add surface softness to the mattress, while maintaining excellent back support. It is a favorite on the Natural Cotton w/Wool Wrap Mattress, as well as the Natural Latex Quilt-Top Mattress.
• Natural 3″or 4″ Pillowtop Pad: The Natural 3″ and 4″ Pillowtop Pads feature more natural latex than the 2″ version, and boxed edge construction. The thicker the pad, the more natural Dunlop latex. We recommend any one of these thicknesses of pillowtop Pads on the Natural Cotton w/Wool Wrap Mattress.
