These are a torque-to-yield (TTY) type bolt which means they can be tightened past their elastic limit, guaranteeing high and uniform clamping forces. Other benefits include pre-applied sealant to the threads eliminating the use of thread locker and no-retorquing is necessary after correct installation procedures have been followed.
This valve regrind gasket set and head bolts combo pack suits Holden Commodores and similar platforms fitted with a LS1 5.7L V8 engine.

For fitting these cylinder head bolts you must have 1MA on the rear of cylinder head.

When torquing up bolts, an accurate torque wrench or angle gauge will be required to achieve correct clamping forces.

Please follow the torque specifications as recommended by the service manual.

TTY bolts are only to be utilized once due to permanent elongation and safety concerns.
