Complementary blending: Sweet orange, Mandarin, Bergamot, Ylang ylang, Clary sage, Rosemary, Coriander and most spice and citrus oils in general
Ingredients: Nutmeg (Myristica fragrans) essential oil, seed, cultivated, organic, from Indonesia.
Contraindications: A skin-sensitizing oil, so avoid using on sensitive or delicate skin.
For external use only. Properly dilute all essential oils in lotion or vegetable carrier oil before massage or other topical use.
