Suggested Use
For Acute Infectious Diarrhea: Take 1 scoop, 3 times a day.
For Reducing the Risk of Antibiotic-Associated Diarrhea: Take 2 scoops, 3 times a day, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
Children (1–3 years old): Mix the powder with water or milk until the powder is mostly suspended.
Caution
If you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea, or severe abdominal pain, consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use. If symptoms of digestive upset (e.g., diarrhea) occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3 days, discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner. If you are on antibiotics, take at least 2–3 hours before or after. Do not use this product if you have an immune-compromised condition (e.g., AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment); or if you are taking aminoglycoside antibiotics (e.g., kanamycin, gentamycin, streptomycin).
