The HFBR-1312TZ is a Fibre Optic Transmitter designed to provide the most 1300nm fibre optic links for a wide variety of data communication applications from low-speed distance extenders up to SONET OC-3 signal rates. The transmitter is compatible with two popular optical fibre sizes 50/125 and 62.5/125�m diameter. This allows flexibility in choosing a fibre size. The 1300nm wavelength is in the lower dispersion and attenuation region of fibre and provides longer distance capabilities than 820nm LED technology. Typical distance capabilities are 2km at 125Mbaud and 5km at 32Mbaud.

I got this in a swag bag from a surfing contest. The stick is very dry...that's the only way I can explain how it feels. It certainly doesn't glide on like other face sticks. After one wave and ducking my face in the water, the product smeared off and ran into my eyes. My vision got blurry from that, and it was really hard to see the waves coming in. I won't be using this product ever again. I also looked at the EWG website, and this product was given a 6. For those new to EWG, that's not a good rating. You want like a 1 or 2.
