Made of injection-molded polypropylene resin, the black iSeries 4719-8 Waterproof Utility Case with Wheels from SKB is crushproof and made to protect your gear while traveling or in storage. The case also features a foam interior that can be customized to suit the equipment's shape. The polymer has a high resistance to corrosion, UV light, and solvents. Additionally, fungus cannot grow on the case.
All hinges are molded-in, and the latches have a patented trigger release system that allows for easy access to and closure of the case. The rubber is molded over the handle for a comfortable grip. Once the case is closed, the auto-purge valve equalizes the air inside against atmospheric changes. On the inside diameter of the lid, an O-ring keeps water from getting in. SKB conducted a test by submerging the case in 10.5' of water and proved it to be waterproof to that depth.
