The 0.5" x 45 yd Pro Spike Cloth Gaffers Tape from ProTapes is made of a matte cotton cloth backing that has a synthetic rubber-based adhesive, which has a lasting strength and conforms to irregular surfaces. The 11 mil tape unwinds smoothly from the core for application and tears easily by hand. The yellow color is highly visible and can be seen from afar in less than adequate lighting. Therefore, the tape can be applied to stage floors for positioning of actors, marking a direction in a stairwell, identifying equipment cases, or simply holding things together. In addition, the abrasion- and weather-resistant tape removes easily and leaves no residue on the surface.
