Cisco creates each piece specifically for you. Each Cisco item is truly one-of-a-kind. During normal times, items carry a 8-12 week lead time. We will continue to monitor lead times and inform you of any changes. Please contact us with any questions you might have.

• This product is shipped via COD (customer's own delivery) 
• Local customers have the option of picking up their new piece from the Basalt warehouse or having it delivered via white glove service 
• Long distance customers will be provided several delivery options and can choose the service that best fits their needs
