This delays the release of the peppermint oil until the capsule reaches the part of the bowel that is causing the symptoms. Mintec acts directly to relax the muscle of the bowel, which relieves the abdominal pain, bloating and wind. Active Ingredients: Each enteric coated Mintec capsule contains Peppermint Oil 0.2mL. Dosage: Adults: One capsule 3 times a day or as directed. Swallow the capsule whole with water preferably 30 minutes before meals. Do not take capsules immediately after a meal.
