Frequently Asked Questions
How does it compare to a regular case + wallet?
The folio replaces both — case-level protection (8ft drop) plus integrated wallet (3 cards + cash). Slimmer total profile than carrying a case AND a separate wallet. Pick the folio if you carry both daily; pick a regular case if you prefer minimum bulk.
Will MagSafe charging work through the folio?
Yes — the back panel is designed to allow MagSafe and Qi wireless charging through the leather. Charging is slightly slower than naked, but works without removing the folio.
Will my cards demagnetise?
Modern chip cards are not affected by magnets. The magnetic clasp on the folio cover doesn't interact with credit cards stored in the slots (different positions). Hotel keycards with old magnetic stripes can occasionally be affected.
Why a screen protector recommendation?
When the folio is closed, your cards sit directly against the iPhone screen. Daily handling can cause micro-scratches from card edges contacting the glass. A screen protector adds a sacrificial layer that prevents this. Especially recommended for iPhone 16 Pro's premium ceramic shield.
How does it age over time?
Beautifully. Full-grain leather develops a darker, more characterful patina over 6-12 months of daily use. Marks buff out, the surface burnishes at high-wear areas (corners, fold), and the leather becomes more supple. Each folio ages uniquely.

Nothing but gristle!

This stuff tastes good, but it is nearly impossible to chew. Biltong is not supposed to be this tough. They must be using the cheapest meat they can get their hands on. It is loaded with gristle. You could chew it all day and never get it to break down.

This has to be the most amazing flavor I have had!!! Bought additional packs and sent to the family to enjoy as well. Also note that its very moist and not super dry like a lot of beef jerky. Whatever the process is, Brooklyn Biltong has it dialed in to perfection, well done!
