This method of finishing was first introduced to the jewellery industry with tremendous success for processing precious metals.
Magnets embedded in a cast disc constantly change polarity, creating a centrifugal action in the media allowing your finisher to access recesses, channels, undercuts and other confined areas where other conventional methods/medias can't. Soft non-ferrous metals can be burnished in as little as half an hour, ensuring quicker turnaround time and improved productivity. If your pieces have large, smooth or flat surfaces, the finish will appear frosted or have a satin-finish look.
A slight buffing or a run in a dry finisher (852-0746) will easily bring the finish to a high shine.
This Magnetic Finishers are built and engineered to the highest quality standards. The CMF-300 comes complete with a heavy-duty plastic bowl/cover and can accommodate a 1-6 ring capacity
