Directions

Add a tablespoon of Organic Whitening Pulling Oil into your mouth and gently swish around your mouth, pulling in and out through your teeth. This may feel a little strange at first, so if a tablespoon is too much, start with a smaller amount until you are more comfortable with the process.

Begin with pulling for 2-5 minutes, then try to work up to 20! The longer you do it, the more effective the results will be.
