Ceropegia Woodii, also known as the String of Hearts plant, is a beautifully unique houseplant with small, rounded, variegated leaves in shades of dark green and cream. Leaves grow on long, trailing stems which cascade over the edges of the pot, giving the appearance of a string of pearls.

The String of Hearts plant is an indoor plant which is relatively easy to care for, because as a semi-succulent plant, it is drought tolerant and can survive long periods without water. Just like succulents, this plant stores water in its leaves. It is, however, a sun lover, and will grow best in a spot where it can receive lots of bright sunlight throughout the day.

These indoor plants are perfect for adding an ornamental touch to various different spots in the home. They will look fabulous in living rooms or bedrooms, on shelves or in a hanging basket to brighten up a dark corner, as well as in an office as a desk plant.
