The neck piece covers the horse's neck, chest and shoulders. It is attached to the head with an elastic headband and to the saddle with loops. THIS IS NOT REAL LEATHER! Maybe they grind up leather bits and mix it with some synthetic material and call it genuine leather. But if you’re looking for full grain leather do not buy it. Though it’s a very cute design, it’s much too expensive for a synthetic bag!
