This wine is a traditional blend of Xarel-lo, Parellada and Macabeo grapes. Full of toasty, nutty, qualities with notes of cinnamon and corn meal making it very complex aromatically. This finely bubbled Cava offers an elegant compote of fruit salad, citrus and a baked apple centre laced with sourdough, nuts and savoury Champagne-like characters. Dry style.

The Chardonnay expresses itself wonderfully, offering fresh and well balanced wines with aromas of white fruits, hawthorn and acacia notes. The beautiful minerality on the palate reveals a racy and elegant wine.

Food Pairing: To taste, slightly fresh between 12° and 14°C (53-57°F), as an aperitif with gougères. It will also be perfect with langoustines, a beautiful fish and of course all cheeses from the French Jura area : Comté, Morbier, Mont d'Or.

1 x Coriole Redstone McLaren Vale Shiraz 2021 (Australia)

This is a classic McLaren Vale Shiraz. A bright nose of mulberry, mocha and blackberry bramble follows through to a soft and vibrant palate offering up plum, dark cherry and soft oak, with a violet lift. The Redstone is a fruit driven shiraz made to enjoy in its youth, though will cellar well. Tannins are soft and approachable with great fruit length.

Food Pairing: Greek cuisine pairs beautifully with this wine... try a slow roasted lamb shoulder generously studded with rosemary, garlic and lemon. Serve it with torn pita, chargrilled vegetables and lashings of garlic sauce.

1 x Borgia By Borsao Garnacha 2020 (Spain)

This wine has a very clear appearance with an intense cherry red colour with touches of violet. On the nose a deep aroma of ripe berries with floral tones comes through. On the palate it is a full bodied wine with pleasant tannin in perfect harmony with its acidity giving a wine that is rich shades of red berries with spicy undertones that are typical of a quality Garnacha.
