Typical applications include automotive parts, machine components, or robust consumer goods. Even under mechanical stress and in demanding environments, the material retains its dimensional stability.

Processing tips

For optimal print results, a printing temperature of 250–280 °C and a print bed temperature of 30–50 °C are recommended. The recommended print speed is between 50 and 150 mm/s. Improved adhesion on the print bed can be achieved with adhesives such as PVA glue or Magigoo PA.
Since nylon is sensitive to moisture, the filament should be dried for 48 hours at 70 °C before printing and then stored dry. For particularly consistent print results, a closed build chamber or a heated chamber is advantageous.
