Robustness and Wear Resistance
The Conch Hotend M4 is equipped with Phaetus' patented EndCoat technology, which applies a high-strength (HV3300) coating to both the heat break and the nozzle. This coating protects the internal flow path from abrasion, which is especially important when printing with fiber-reinforced materials like PA-CF.
Superior Lifespan
The EndCoat nozzle offers a lifespan 2.5 times longer than conventional hardened steel nozzles. Even after extended printing, it shows significantly less wear.
