Subscriptions will renew automatically on the 1st of the Month and will ship by the 10th of the Month. If purchased on or after the 10th of the month, your first box will be shipped based on our normal shipping guidelines (i.e. If purchased on or after May 10th, your first box will ship within 7-10 business days from your order date). You are unable to purchase a new subscription the last 7 calendar days of each month to ensure no duplicate charges occur.

You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, once monthly orders have been processed, refunds for that month are not available. Creating a customer portal account allows you to log in as needed to manage your subscription, update billing information, or change your address.
