Even more important is to have a strong enough component that can handle the abuse the RZR takes when flying through sand whoops or jumping at the course. The factory rear control arms that come on the 2014 - 2016 Polaris RZR are very thin and feature a 10mm through bolt to the rear frame. These can easily bend from small rock hits on the trail or hard landings in the dunes. The 2017 was beefed up a little and has larger 12mm through bolts. However neither of these offer adjustability. The new Agency Power rear radius arms are a fully adjustable solution designed to take a beating. They are machined from solid 6061 aluminum on our CNC lathes here in Arizona, USA. The ends of the control arms are tapped to accommodate the QA1, 3 piece Teflon lined spherical rods ends. With a name like QA1 that is synonymous with off-road racing, you can count on their quality and longevity. The 0.75 inch spherical rod ends have opposing threads and are locked in place with a stainless steel jam nut. Each rod ends through hole is 0.625 inch diameter with steel spacers machined to spec for a secure fit to the rear frame brace or wheel carrier. Each upper and lower radius rod features a machined flat so you can easily adjust on the fly using a proper tools. The radius arm kit includes a new 0.1875 inch thick rear frame brace that has been precision water jetted out of 1018 steel which will not flex or bend under the hardest conditions. The brace features the Agency Power logo and will retain the factory tow hook function. Each radius rod kit is powder coated in popular colors to go with your Polaris RZR theme. Based on your year selection, these can be used with the 2014-2016 or 2017 Polaris RZR models. A Beautiful Copy of the Classic(... and a little oops!)
Format: Hardcover
This is a beautiful copy of Jane Austen's classic! The cover art, the design, and gold-edging for the pages all come together to make for a lovely book perfect for display. Better yet: it's perfect for reading too. A lot of fancy printings of classics result in something that's nice to look at but not especially comfortable to read, whether it's the stiffness of the spine, the material of the pages, etc. This one manages to take both aesthetics and practicality into account, so bravo!
The one drawback, thus resulting in the star knocked off my rating, is that the title on the spine is upside down. It's a little thing, but I'll have to shelve it wrong side-up or it will drive me bonkers.

Dangerous, Adventure, and a Brave Young Hero
Format: Kindle
I Escaped The California Camp Fire, by Scott Peters, is an action-packed story based on a real-life disaster. It's a book that will have kids glued to its pages, turning them in anticipation of what will happen next. Like the wildly popular 'I Survived' series that fly from the elementary and middle school library shelves, this 'I Escaped' story is one young readers won't want to miss.
14-year-old Troy and his sister Emma are home alone for the night when the devastating fire begins. In the morning, it's still dark as night, the air filled with smoke. Troy, his sister, and the people and animals of the small California town of Paradise must flee quickly to survive.
With short chapters that end on intriguing cliffhangers, kids will enjoy following Troy on his adventure to save himself, his sister and pets from the oncoming fire. Parents and caregivers will enjoy the fact that this is a story based on a true-life event, and at the end of the story there is information about it. There is also a common-core guide available for educators, making this a school friendly pick. Kids will love the book, though, for its danger, adventure - and brave young protagonist.

Both a good story and a well written one

What I liked about this book is that it can be read with the real California fire in mind, or purely as a story. And that it is both a good story and a well written one. And the quip about organic-this and hummus-that (I feel you).
Troy, who is fourteen, and his younger sister Emma are left home alone for a night by their parents. After a late night junk food and movie splurge, Troy and Emma wake up to find that the electricity's out, the sky is black with smoke, and everyone's left town. What would you do?

Terrific Book for Kids or Easy Read for Adults
Format: Kindle
I have read books about the Camp Fire as well as books about other fires. I have also seen the documentary about the Camp Fire. This book does a really good job of capturing the experience of fleeing a wildfire without being unnecessarily gruesome or morbid. The back has a timeline and facts about the fire as well as suggestions for coping if you’re in the same predicament. I think many kids will enjoy the sense of adventure and fast pace of the book. Really good job!
