This wide belt sander is engineered for accuracy, durability, and operator safety. Features include photo-electric belt tracking for consistent alignment, pneumatic belt tensioning for reliable performance, and a conveyor table mounted on four 3/4" acme-threaded jackscrews for stability. Two rubber-covered pinch rollers and a rubber-covered contact roller ensure smooth material feeding, while machined idler rollers and a powerful 3/4 HP conveyor motor maintain steady operation.
