The Cowpresso Barbera D'alba DOC is an excellent full bodied red wine, produced with 100% Barbera grapes cultivated in vineyards located in the village of Castellinaldo, in the heart of Roero region. This wine journeyed refinement 18 months in oak and acacia barrels, and 6 months in bottle. 

➤ Grapes: Barbera Grapes

➤ Colour: Intense ruby red with light garnet reflections

➤Notes: Intense with sensations of ripe fruit and spicy notes of wood

➤ Taste: Very well structured, long lasting and with moderate silk tannins

➤ Food Pairing: Typical Piedmontese starters, stuffed pasta, cold cut and medium-aged cheeses, well matched with rich, fatty foods and dark meats 

➤ Serving Temperature: 16 - 20 °C
