The Spektra Xion is FK Irons' flagship pen-style rotary machine, developed over three years of research and beta testing in collaboration with tattoo artists around the world. It was the first pen-style machine to use a ratcheting system for give and stroke adjustment, giving artists full control over their tools without sacrificing the ergonomic feel of a pen.

Compact and lightweight, the Xion measures 32mm at its widest point and tapers down to a 1" diameter, fitting comfortably for long sessions. The body is machined from aircraft-grade aluminum and finished with an anodizing process that resists fading for years. Fully assembled, it weighs just 5.36 oz (153g).

The machine ships with both 3.2mm and 3.7mm stroke wheels, letting artists tailor the throw to their style, whether that's lining, color packing, or soft black and grey. A one-turn give knob dial allows quick, incremental adjustment from soft to hard needle strike, and the secure ratcheting system locks needle depth in place. The seamless grip carries over the same ergonomic profile and click-style adjustment as FK Irons' click grip and is compatible with all needle cartridges.

Power comes from a specially designed 6W MotorBolt system built specifically for tattooing, an upgrade over the standard Maxon motors used in most FK Irons machines. The Xion operates up to 9.5 volts (do not exceed) and connects via RCA, making it compatible with most power supplies on the market.
