Definitions
LWM (Long Way of Mesh): The distance from the centre of one "knuckle" (the intersection of two strands) to the centre of the next knuckle across the longer diagonal of the diamond.
SWM (Short Way of Mesh): The distance from the centre of one knuckle to the centre of the next knuckle across the shorter diagonal of the diamond.
