The film follows the story of Jingle and Jangle, two elves who have been given the task from Santa Claus to prove that people still believe in him. After an altercation with the Heat and Snow Miser, they become lost in Southtown where they befriend a young boy named Ignatius "Iggy" Thistlewhite.
